Together we rise

Welcome bread all lovers! My name is Katherine (right) and I am the owner of Bloom and Butter! To my left is Madison, my close friend and the person who helped make this buisness become real! We became friends in nursing school and have been working together at various hospitals since.

Nursing isn't our only passion, we bonded early-on with our love for baking! As we both continue to serve our community through our nursing careers, we have decided to dedicate time apart from nursing to bake fresh bread! That is why we decided on our weekly pickup method, which will allow us to dedicate time each week to our bakery while also continuing to pursue our nursing careers!

Being a nurse who bakes, I understand that what we put into our bodies is incredibly important. Although we don't believe that you have to give up dessert and bread in order to maintain a healthy diet, we do believe that the quality of ingredients in them matter. That is why we only bake with organic ingredients, including pasture-raised organic eggs and grass-fed organic dairy products. This helps ensure that our products are more nutrient dense and lack the undesirable chemicals such as glyphosate used on many non-organic products.
